The orphanage will open !

We did it! With you, thanks to you, together, united! All our hopes and dreams our now fulfilled.

The joy we feel is so strong especially when we realize that the earthquake occurred exactly a year from today. Fate or coincidence? Whatever. It is a very strong symbol… 

What if we go further?

Actually the fundraising project on Ulule will only end by May, the 8^th so you still have time to donate and give more to the children. After consulting Deven (our friend and associate based in Nepal) we agreed on saving the extra funds will be used in order to pay scholarships and school equipment for the children.

The orphanage project for Kathmandu is on its way.

The fundraising project for the opening of the orphanage is on a good way. Thanks to the generosity of 54 donors, we already achieve 60% of financing plan. THANK YOU!!

We remind you that the Ulule project is based on the principle of “everything or nothing”. The deal is simple: If on May,8th our objectives are achieved, you will receive your compensation (except the objects we will buy in Nepal during our stay). On the other hand, if we cannot reach the amount of money the project needs to be realized, you will get your money back (even though we wish to realize this project). This is why we need your support, your sharing and your involvement now more than ever.

An orphanage for Kathmandu

Update June, 2016 : Thanks to the support from the donors and adherents, the orphanage opened in May. Eva and Ben (President and vice-president of the organization) came to Nepal during June to meet Deven again, meet the children and the persons who care about them and their wellbeing. We spent an amazing time together as a family, smiles and laughs every day that we share with you through this photo album => Our visit in the orphanage

We have until May 8^th, 2016 (45 days) to gather 3500€. The principle is simple, each involvement will give you something in return (drawings, handmade objects, souvenir from Nepal etc).

If on May,8^th our objectives are achieved, you will receive your compensation (except the objects we will buy in Nepal during our stay).

We keep going...

Thanks to your precious support in 2015, we have been able to realize our first actions in Nepal, following the tragic earthquake.

Actually, our initiatives and your support made it possible to send funds to Deven, our friend and associate in Kathmandu, who helped villagers by bringing them some water, food and gas.

After taking the time to think, we are glad to announce you the new aim of the organization: the rebuilding of an orphanage in Kathmandu which could welcome about 10 orphans who lost their parents in the earthquake.

Deven, who lives there, recently informed us about this project he was taking care of, with the help of his parents and pastor Kesh who is currently welcoming about 10 children.

We are naturally going to support this project. We already planned to participate to various events (garage sell, craft markets…) near us. New handmade creations are ready to be sold on our Facebook page.

We are also about to launch a fundraising project on the website Ulule so we can reach as much people who want to help this project as possible because the situation in Nepal is extremely tough and we need to be united.

To go further than financial support and to be more helpful, we will go to Kathmandu on the 3^rd to the 22^nd of November,2016 to take care of the orphanage’s layout.

There are so many beautiful actions on the horizon in order to help this beautiful country and its people.

We will let you know about the upcoming events and we hope you will be as numerous as possible to support the organization. Actually, we allow ourselves to remind you that to help the organization achieving its goals we need new subscribers. Help, in any form, matters.

First steps

It is with the heart full of hope that we post our first article to share with you the results of our first action realized in association with our Nepalese friend Deven. We sent him the funds raised thanks to a sale of illustrations about Nepal we made ourselves, especially to help the people of this beautiful country.

We thank deeply those who contributed to our first project.

Last week, Deven went to a village close to Kathmandu to give out some food to the villagers. He even took care of making a first poster for the organization and took some photos that we are glad to share with you in this post.

It is a beautiful first step for our non-profit organization and for the Nepalese people, thanks to you!
